Devyn was born and raised in Campbell River and grew up playing competitive sports which helped teach him many important values associated with life and Real Estate. Raised by long time Campbell River Realtor and top producer, Stephen Grant, Devyn knew from a young age he was going to pursue a career in the industry. 

Just months after graduation in 2015, Devyn joined the office as an unlicensed assistant and enrolled in the Real Estate Trading Services course to begin his studies, and became licensed in early 2017. Fast-forwarding a few years, after forming "Grant Marketing Group" with father Stephen, the Grant Marketing Group was awarded the National Chairmans Club designation recognizing the Top 1% of Royal LePage Realtors across Canada for years 2017-2021 and 2023. In 2020 Devyn was selected by his peers within Royal LePage Advance Realty and awarded the Realtors Choice Award. In 2021 Devyn had a impressive $22 million MLS sales volume and finished 4th for sales within the brokerage.

In late 2023, Devyn decided to take a few months off from Real Estate to further his education in a different direction. He signed up for a Structural Firefighting program through Kilgore College in Texas, USA and completed the course in spring 2024. He returned to Royal LePage in May 2024 to pickup where he left off in Real Estate. However in September 2024 when a posting opened up, Devyn applied to be a Paid-On-Call (POC) Firefighter for the City of Campbell River, was accepted and has since joined the Team at No. 2 Hall in Willow Point. 

When he's not working, Devyn enjoy's getting outdoors; hiking, fishing, hunting, remaining active, spending time with family and friends, and helping in the community.
